1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the CCSE Test mobile application (the “App”) and related services provided by KineticLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer of Affiliation

CCSE Test is an independent study tool designed to help users prepare for the CCSE (Spanish constitutional and sociocultural knowledge) and DELE A2 exams.

No Official Affiliation: KineticLab and this App are completely independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to the Instituto Cervantes or the Government of Spain.

Our practice models are entirely created by our specialized teachers. In the case of CCSE models, the questions are based on the official publicly available question bank; all remaining content, including DELE models, is original and exclusively authored by KineticLab. While we aim to provide the most accurate simulations possible, we do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing the official exams. Your exam results depend entirely on your own study and performance.

3. Premium Purchases

The App may offer premium features, additional exam models, and smart review tools through one-time in-app purchases or subscriptions (“Premium”).

• Payments: All purchases are processed securely by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) using the payment method associated with your account.
• Pricing: Prices are displayed within the App prior to purchase and may vary by region or local taxes.
• Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the App or change devices within the same ecosystem (e.g., iOS to iOS), you can use the “Restore Purchase” option in the App to regain access to your Premium features.
• Refunds: Because payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google, KineticLab cannot issue refunds directly. You must request any refunds through the customer support of the respective app store according to their policies.

4. Intellectual Property & Original Authorship

The App’s proprietary design, code, graphics, user interface, and original content are the exclusive property of KineticLab.

To provide a highly realistic testing experience, our proprietary practice models are designed to strictly mirror the structural, pedagogical, and stylistic formats of the official exams. All proprietary texts, audios, and questions are originally authored from scratch by our teaching professionals.

Any structural or thematic resemblance to specific third-party copyrighted materials or past official exam questions is purely coincidental and arises solely from the technical necessity to accurately simulate the rigid constraints of the official testing environment. We retain full intellectual property rights over our proprietary teacher-created content, the compiled digital experience, and the software logic provided in the App.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or extract the source code or content of the App for commercial purposes.

5. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree that you will not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers, networks, or purchase validation systems.
• Share or resell your Premium access or distribute modified versions of the App.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use policies, including how we handle local storage data (like your exam history and progress) and purchase validation via third parties (like RevenueCat), are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. KineticLab makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KineticLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to failing the official exam, lost data, or device issues.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
